It occurs during the passing of souls, a sacred moment in time.

It is unseen by earthly eyes. It is blind to color or age.
It is not within our human grasp, yet it grips our human fraility.
It is unconditional. It voices no call of judgment or status.
It is not religious.
It embodies a hallowed holiness that mortal minds cannot comprehend.
It whispers no sound, and knows no certain place.

It is farewell. It is beginning.
It is the most overwhelming, intimate experience in life.
This passage is our calling.

Passages is a new program by Hospice Ministries that helps terminally ill patients and their families. It is vital clinical and compassionate care for hospice patients who face the final days of a terminal illness in the hospital, but cannot be immediately moved to another place. It is our mission to share this passage with your patient and be with them until the end.

We are here to help you navigate this unfamiliar path. Please call us if you have further questions.
